• You must register using your real, accurate, and complete personal information. False registration details may result in forfeiture of winnings and permanent account suspension.

• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Account sharing or using another person's account is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one account on ck45. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed immediately upon detection. Any winnings or bonuses associated with duplicate accounts will be voided.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ck45 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other external channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must notify ck45 support immediately.

KYC Verification

ck45 may request Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage. Required documents may include one or more of the following:

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. ck45 does not accept third-party funding. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction unless otherwise specified in an active promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your account instantly in most cases. Processing delays caused by your bank or mobile financial service are outside ck45's control.
• ck45 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification and compliance with applicable wagering requirements. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that was previously used to fund the account and that is registered in your name.
• ck45 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. During high-demand periods, processing may take up to 72 hours.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ck45 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms. Specific promotions may carry additional conditions that override or supplement these general rules where stated:

• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The standard rollover is 10x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly without meeting the stated wagering requirements.
• ck45 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Promotional abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, will result in immediate disqualification and account suspension.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck45 platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Attempting to engage in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the ck45 platform.
• Colluding with other players, affiliates, or third parties in any way that unfairly influences game outcomes or distorts the integrity of the betting markets.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) for any purpose, including circumventing bonuses or account restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, identity verification, or payment processing.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play
